Job Details :

We are looking for a sharp, articulate, and business-savvy Corporate Lawyer to lead and support the legal needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will oversee corporate legal compliance, draft and review legal documents, and provide actionable legal guidance in areas including labor, tax, intellectual property, franchising, and structuring.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, MoUs, and policy documents.

  • Provide legal counsel on corporate governance, labor regulations, tax compliance, and intellectual property matters.

  • Advise clients on legal implications of business strategies, partnerships, investments, and structuring.

  • Research, interpret, and apply laws and regulations relevant to business operations in Nepal.

  • Assist in handling legal documentation for business registration, mergers, acquisitions, and licensing.

  • Represent clients in legal discussions and negotiations where necessary.

  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for legal compliance and risk mitigation.

  • Stay up to date on legislative changes and their implications on client businesses.


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • BBM LL.B or equivalent law degree from a recognized institution.

  • License to practice law in Nepal (preferred).

  • Experience in corporate law, commercial litigation, or business advisory (fresh graduates with strong academic and internship backgrounds are encouraged to apply).

  • Strong knowledge of Nepali corporate, tax, labor, and IP laws.

  • Exceptional legal drafting, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Ethical, detail-oriented, and a strategic thinker.

  • Interest or prior exposure to franchise law, joint ventures, or corporate structuring is an added advantage.
